Job description

We are adding a Barge Crew Leader, need 3 years of experience in "Crew Leader", running the barge we will train. Must be able to run heavy equipment, we use a large Crane on the barge for pile driving. Upping our staff with plans of adding another barge in future. Our waiting list on boathouses is 6 months always, sea-walls is a year, no shortage of work.

Meet each morning and jump in a company truck

Looking to work on the barge, pile driving, building docks and boathouses. Marine construction on Lake Martin, Al

Working with heavy equipment, big cranes, drills, telephone poles, and other tools

Pay based on knowledge, but we can train you, also we do raises based on how quickly you can learn and how hard you work

This is almost always outside, on a barge with no railings, must know how to swim

We are one of the large dock companies on the lake, we have jobs steady and always 6-8 months out. Covid did not slow us down and no one lost their job, what does cause you to loose your job is showing up on drugs.

Pay is every Friday, yearly 1099

NOTE* this is outside with no private bathrooms, not an issue for some, however big issue for others....
