ABOUT MELA COFFEE ROASTING CO
Mela is the place where Wenatchee meets over great local coffee! We serve the best espresso in town, and we do it with a smile on our faces :) Don’t get us wrong, we are serious about the coffee and food we serve! We pride ourselves on our coffee quality, our customer service, and our close relationship with the Wenatchee community.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Serve the highest possible quality of coffee with a friendly smile
- Make customers feel happy and welcomed, in every possible way
- Have meaningful interactions with team members and customers
- Craft drinks, prepare food, prep service items, do chores that support our service of customers and make sure everything stays nice and clean
- Work a flexible schedule, sometimes early in the morning, or midday or late afternoon.
- Build the skills of a coffee professional over several months of trainings
- Earn tips that put your average hourly earnings between $18 and $25
- Earn opportunities for promotion through your proven faithfulness and value to customers

- Genuinely energized by and interested in people
- Love to learn new things and have hobbies and passions

- Extremely dependable, empathetic to others’ needs, and good communicator
- You're 18 or older with good work availability and plan to stick around awhile so we can invest in you
