Overview:Job Title: Barista
Salary/Shift: $18 + Tips: Days/Swings - $20 + Tips: Nights/Grave
Status: Full Time and Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Greet Guests and accurately take beverage orders and deliver to guest in a timely efficient manner.
• Enters all orders into the POS system with accuracy.
• Clears and cleans tables in the coffee lounge area.
• Provides accurate cash handling with cash drawer.
• Performs assigned duties to stock and clean outlet.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout assigned shift.
• Shows a willingness to work as a team or individually.
• Ability to communicate with management on guest reactions, comments on problems that arise during shift.
• Checks with on shift manager when assigned shift has been completed.
• Promotes positive guest relations by projecting a courteous, helpful attitude and assisting guest when appropriate.
• Decrease expense by proper handling of product.
• Increase revenue by suggestive up-sell.
• Ability to perform duties that are assigned during scheduled shift.
