South Beach Coffee Co. is a new high volume, specialty coffee shop located in DT Lake Worth Beach. We specialize in Coffee, espresso, smoothies, energy drinks, nitro brews, different blended drinks and delicious pastries, snacks and sandwiches.

We are looking for the right Baristas to join our team. Potential Baristas must be fun, energetic, charming, charismatic and willing to learn our new unique way to make drinks in this exciting coffee industry.

Candidates should have experience in café, restaurant or any other hospitality, service industry. (Coffee Experience preferred but not necessary, we will train the right people).

Candidates Must Have Excellent communication skills, must be responsible, reliable and hardworking.

Candidates Must be upbeat, positive, able to take direction, constructive criticism and most of all willing to learn regardless of their experience.

Candidates Must have ability to show up to work on time and have reliable transportation.

Must be flexible and able to work any shift, ability to work their shift, fill in and help out when necessary.

Candidates Must be comfortable with photo shoots, promotions, special events and various type of marketing.

All Candidates Must be over 18 years old.
