Our Bartenders and Talent Members are accountable for creating positive guest experiences, upholding our operating standards, and maintaining a safe movie-going environment for everyone.
Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and displays a positive, energetic attitude
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be available to work nights weekends and all recognized holiday periods
- Have reliable transportation to arrive as scheduled
- Demonstrate professional conduct and appearance
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and ability to prioritize are required
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills required
- Clear understanding of alcohol safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of bar etiquette.
- Basic wine, beer and spirit knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
