The Club at Glenmore is a family friendly private club located in Keswick, approximately five miles east of Charlottesville on rt. 250. We are looking for hospitality minded staff to work in our restaurant and banquet/events facilities. We're looking for folks with at least some a la cart casual/fine dining experience, but more importantly is a willingness to be enthusiastic and reliable. There is room for professional advancement for the right candidate.

The food service team members at Glenmore play an integral role in ensuring our members and guests have an exceptional dining experiences. We are in search of a Bartender that is capable of tending bar and handling a small section. This position is for both full and part time positions—please let us know if you’d be interested in full or part time work when applying. The right fit is someone who is passionate about food and service. The ideal candidate will be a professional, dynamic employee and have a friendly, outgoing disposition.

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Greet members and guests in a timely, friendly manner
• Learn and understand the food/beverage menu offerings
• Work without constant supervision
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bartenders need previous bartending experience
• Practice good work ethics including good listening habits, be a team player, etc.

We offer a great working environment, flexible hours, and no late nights—we close at 9-10 depending on the season.

Base pay is $10 per hour, plus pooled tips, which should total $20+ per hour. Health insurance is available for full time team members. Apply online—no calls please.
