Job description
Essential Functions:
- Position provides support to the Basecamp Lodge Manager.
- Present friendly customer service.
- Act as “Mountain Host” for all guests, give directions, answer questions, etc.
- Check-In and out guests between the hours of 11pm and 7am
- Ability to create new, modify or cancel reservations
- Respond to guests request, concerns, or emergencies
- Remove debris from driveways and all public areas inside or out.
- Replace light bulbs.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Ability to shovel snow and ensure safe grounds for guests
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Carry out all policies and procedures of the Arizona Snowbowl as described in Employee Handbook- Uniform, Grooming Standards
- Report to work in Uniform “Fit for Duty” in full Uniform- Nametag, Season Pass
- Maintain the highest degree of professionalism and service.
Education / Training / License(s) / Certification(s) Requirements:
Alcohol Training Certification is preferred
Physical Requirements:
Be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours.
