ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
John Hiester Automotive is currently seeking a full-time Battery Delivery Driver to join our winning team! In this role, you will:
- Deliver batteries to customers on daily route.
- Deliver parts occasionally.
- Pick up cores at each stop.
- Pull battery invoices.
- Collect money from each stop as necessary.
- Help with used battery program.
- Help keep battery room clean and organized.
- Keep vehicles clean and up to date on services.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Must have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen.
- An active and valid driver license and good driving record.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing with various levels of internal and external customers.
- Have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented.
- Obtain the ability to work individually and in a team environment.
- Professional demeanor.
- Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements.
- Ability to work with customers in sometimes difficult and confrontational situations
- Follow company policies and procedures. Supports company goals.
- At least three years driving experience

- Closed every Sunday
- Monday-Friday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm
