Behavior Specialist
This position is responsible for providing hands-on behavioral support for students in the classroom and on campus. This assignment will be at Jefferson County K-12 in Monticello Florida. This position is full-time (7.5 hours per day) with a salary range of $22,000 - $35,000. Duties include meeting with individual students to provide corrective feedback and encouragement, collaborating with teachers to provide behavioral supports in the classroom and on campus, collecting and recording behavior data for assigned students, monitoring student behaviors in the classroom and on campus, participating in trainings related to supporting and managing student behaviors, and collaborating with school leadership to develop and implement student behavior plans.
