Behavior Specialist Consultant/Mobile Therapist
- Improve the lives of children and adolescents with behavioral health disorders
- Work with the child in their natural environment of home, school and community
- Collaborate with school staff, parents and medical professionals
- Supervise Bachelor’s level staff
- Set your own schedule (mix of day/evening hours)
A local IBHS (Intensive Behavioral Health Services) team is looking for Mobile Therapists and Behavior Specialist Consultants to work with children & adolescents in Lebanon County. This position is ideal for mental health professionals who are passionate about serving children, adolescents and families. This person will work directly in the homes, schools and community to provide mental health services to students.

- Competitive pay and benefits ($30 - $40 per hour for part-time and $45,000 - $55,000 for full-time depending on experience and licensure)

Our Ideal Behavior Specialist Consultant/Mobile Therapist (MT/BSC)
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, School Counseling or other Human Services related field
- Licensure preferred but not required (BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Experience working with children
- Detailed, organized and timely with paperwork
- Willing to provide supervision to Therapeutic Support Staff
- Reliable transportation to get to the homes and schools of clients
