Location:
The Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor assists the Program Manager with operation and administration of programs/facility(s) to meet the behavioral health needs of our clients or consumers. The Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor works with the program manager and other organization leadership to ensure that clinical service lines are operating effectively, identifies opportunities for administrative efficiencies, and works to streamline clinical workflows to maximize capacity. The supervisor establishes standards that ensure clinical resources are utilized at an optimal level, direct and develops staff, and collaborates with multidisciplinary professional staff within SummitStone and the community. Responsible for administratively supervising clinical staff and case managers. May provide clinical supervision to assigned mental health and substance use disorder treatment staff as needed. Prepares team(s) for new and emerging treatments and/or service array changes. Responsible for on-site leadership, which may include providing crisis intervention, attending to needs of staff within the building, problem solving between treatment team members, or helping clients who are in need of assistance. Will perform direct client care for clients needing mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment.

- Required: Master's degree from an accredited college or university; Either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure; 3-5 years of directly relevant experience in the Mental Health Field, Substance Use Disorder Field, or program of application in a leadership role; 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role (clinical or administrative); experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders; Experience in program development and managing clinical projects.
- Preferred: Bi-cultural/Bilingual. Dual licensure (LAC).
The typical hiring range is based on relevant qualifications and experience and is $73,339.64 to $88,006 annually. Note that the pay range shown does include the 20% program differential for acute care.
