PART-TIME BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTIONIST - $500 STAY BONUS

This isn’t your typical 9-5 job working in an office setting. JusticeWorks primarily see families in their own homes. To provide excellent service, our families are our priority so working with their schedules is key to creating a healthy rapport with them. You will create your own schedule! Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct intervention services to children and families within their home and community setting such as Family Support, Behavioral Modification, Crisis Intervention, and Psychosocial Rehabilitative Service.
- Collaborate with Clinical team members through participation in the service plan development, IPOC development meetings, Behavioral Health Plan development and Diagnostic Assessment information gathering assessments.
- Collaborate with Treatment team members, school personnel, family members, referral agencies, etc. to ensure appropriate interventions are being provided based on client progress and/or need to amend intervention services.
- Participate in and provide all information for Individualized Education Plan Meetings, Family Treatment Plan Meetings, Behavioral Manifestation Hearings, DJJ Hearings and all other student specific meetings.
- Provide coaching and appropriate modeling of behavior for the purpose of altering negative behaviors of the client and/or family.
- Provide crisis intervention when needed at school, home and in the community.
- Complete all Clinical Service Notes within 24 hours of rendering services.
- Provide all information and documentation needed for Medicaid billing in an accurate and timely manner according to the Department of Health and Human Service standards.
- Participate in all identified in-service trainings according to COA, SCDHHS and company policy.
- Participate in all individual and group clinical supervision sessions.
- Participate in client chart maintenance and client chart audits.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Masters Level Interventionist: (Under direction of a Licensed Clinical Team Lead)
- Perform all Bachelor level responsibilities as listed above.
- Complete formalized assessments of student and family functioning and make recommendations for Family Treatment Planning in compliance with DHHS standards.
- Complete Diagnostic assessment and individual, family and group therapy when indicated, by the direction of supervisor and or Intake Coordinator.
- Complete CALOCUS assessments, if CALOCUS certified.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other related Behavioral Health field, from an accredited institution for higher learning; minimum of one to two years’ experience working in the field of social work and/or behavioral health counseling with children and adults.
- Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other related Behavioral Health field ; Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
