What Success Looks Like

• Implement individualized programming for clients and monitor outcome utilizing electronic data collection methods
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Support families and parents to provide evidence-based interventions to increase communication, decrease behavior, and improve quality of life for children and families affected by autism.

Skills Needed to Succeed

• Experience working with children
• Excellent teamwork with a desire to grow and support children and families affected by autism
• Vision and passion for seeing the best in all children
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• 1-year experience working with children
• Lift, carry, transfer, push or pull up to 40 pounds
• Walk, bend, squat, reach, crawl, and kneel
• Local travel during business hours may be required
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

FLSA Job Type: Full time, non-exempt
