The ideal candidate is someone who is hard-working, personable, professional, and communicates well. This person will play a critical role in the Front Office team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are the first connection that our guests and residents have to our property and are a vital contributor to the success of the experience.
• Provide exceptional personalized customer service and experiences to guests and residents.
• Live like a local. Knowledge of the neighborhood and city.
• Think on your feet, use good judgement and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist assisting arriving and departing guests with luggage and transportation, and provide information regarding the property and local area.
• Name usage to make all guests feel welcome and important.
• You are courteous, gracious and professional.
• You will greet each guest with a smile and a friendly greeting.
• You understand that the experience we provide is what sets us apart from the rest.
• You will be able to promote the amenities and services of the hotel and be an ambassador for our city. You will know the neighborhood and be able to provide directions and suggestions for dining and entertainment.
• There’s lifting involved – between 25-50 lbs – and you’ll be on your feet for extended periods of time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
• Open availability required.
• A self-starter, takes initiative
• Must be prepared to work various shifts (7-3pm, 3-11pm, weekdays, weekends, holidays)
• A positive attitude
