Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM (might have nights till 6, but not the norm)

• Non-Licensed Agents: Start Date: September 19th or 20th
• Licensed Agents: Start Date: September 28th or 29th.

We are seeking a Benefits Call Center Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues in a call center setting. Enjoy explaining benefit information to callers by providing callers with details to make informed decisions. The client will consider the possible direct hire of rockstar call center agents.

Benefits Call Center Administrator's Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Benefits Call Center Specialist's Qualifications:

• 1 – 2 years of customer service, benefits administration, and benefits
• Working knowledge of Health and Insurance Benefits Enrollment details included but not limited to knowledge of PPO plans, HMO plans, FSA, HSA, deductibles, copayments, in and out of network coverage inquiries, cost comparisons, and insurance provider communications
• Ability to build rapport with the client with ease
• Positive demeanor and displays professionalism
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
• General Health Accidental and Life Licenses (Group One) Preferred
