Administrative Assistant
Coral Gables, FL
Pay Rate 18 to $20/hour
Temp to Hire (Probationary period of 3 months)
Administrative assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, administrative assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Responsibilities:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Electronic filing
- Supporting Account department
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in a related field.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, especially using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail.
- Fully Bilingual will be required.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Knowledge in Accounting Software
- Experience in Finance or Accounting industry preferred.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
