We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join the sales department of a leading software and technology organization located in Beaverton, Oregon.

This position is a remote role with the opportunity to come into the office for team building/company events!

Description:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for answering the sales phone line and directing calls appropriately, looking up customer information and entering sales leads into Salesforce. This role has commonly been referred to as the receptionist of the sales department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receives calls and manages web requests for products/services
• Expected to handle 60-75 inbound calls a day
• Qualifies leads by researching main contact information (contact name, company name, email, phone number and address) within the CRM system
• Updates or merges records when applicable
• Determines what products and services prospect is interested in and provides qualified lead to Sales Representative for follow up
• Recognizes high interest prospects and makes timely and effective transfers to Sales Representative
• Tracks and reports out on weekly and monthly basis for both phone and web leads to ensure all leads have been followed up on appropriately

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, college degree preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish in order to support customer needs
• At least one year of customer service experience
• At least 6 months of experience handling high volume, inbound calls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outgoing, professional phone presence
• Excellent general computer and data entry skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instruction
• Reliable with excellent attendance record

Schedule:

• 40 hours/week, 6am-2:30pm
• M-F with the occasional Saturday on a rotating schedule
• Candidates from any time zone will be considered, but must be willing to work Pacific Time (PST) hours

• Ability to attend onsite team building and training opportunities preferred

Pay:

• Starting pay is $19/hr with room for advancement. Promoting from within is very important to this organization!

This is a temporary-to-hire position offered by Abbott & Associates, Inc. with their client company.
