Medsien is a leading provider of Chronic Care Management services to medical practices across the United States.
Are you a CMA or RMA looking for a work from home position? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
This role will assist providers and other members of the health care team in clinic offices by performing a variety of patient-related tasks part of the Chronic Care Management program.
You will get the chance to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment that puts patients first. You get a chance to work from home on your own schedule to help patients.
Responsibilities
- Triaging patient calls
- Complete patient surveys
- Confirm medication compliance with patients
- Reconcile EHR data and updated consult notes
- Complete intervention recommendations from Provider
Qualifications
- CMA or RMA License
- Knowledge of third-party payer requirements
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
- Strong aptitude for detail, and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
