Billing & Claims Department Team Lead
This job is in Lytle, TX which is a 15 minute away from traffic drive from San Antonio. Tots to Teens Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a Team Lead for the billing team. This team member will be responsible for
*Providing support for the billing and claims team
*Auditing team member’s performance and tasks to provide training and coaching as needed.
*Communicating with practice managers, owner, other departments, and customers
*Providing support to front staff and practice manager
*Setting, reviewing, and reporting metrics for developing improvement and change as needed
*Maintaining knowledge of insurance guidelines
*Working alongside with team members to meet goals set by the company
*Completing A/R reports
*Auditing patient accounts for accuracy
Requirements
Must have great attendance.
Experience with completing A/R reports
Experience with auditing accounts
Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines.
Salary will depend on experience
