BWW Law Group, LLC, an "AV" rated real estate default law firm with offices located in Rockville, MD, and Richmond and Arlington, VA, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Billing Specialist to join our Rockville, MD office. This position is full time (currently a hybrid remote and in office position until firm is at full return to work environment). Attention to detail is a must to succeed as part of team! Our Rockville office is Metro accessible (Red Line - White Flint Station), and provides free employee parking.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare/Review/ Process invoices
• Update case management system with supporting documents and vendor invoices
• Adhere to strict timelines and invoicing requirements prior to invoice submissions
• Respond to client inquiries
• Assist invoicing team and perform other accounting functions as needed

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates must demonstrate excellent computer and organizational skills, and must be able to multitask. Knowledge of foreclosure or CaseAware a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
• 1-3 years billing or bookkeeping experience OR 1-3 years foreclosure processing experience preferred
• Must be able to work between the hours of 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday
• College degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred, but not required.
