Job Summary:
With direct supervision, the Billing Processor 1 is responsible for processing and maintaining internal computer systems enrollment and membership records related to the qualifications for coverage. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding eligibility/enrollment and maintain membership records.
- Processes enrollment and eligibility changes from members and/or internal reports
- Produces rate quotations
- Calculates premium adjustments
- Responds to member requests via phone, mail, fax and email
- Reviews member applications for accuracy
- Assists call center as needed
- Achieves all quality goals
- Achieves all production goals
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $12.63 - $16.00 per hour
