About Us:

Onyx Digital Farms is a high growth Bitcoin mining company that converts large volumes of diverse energy sources into hash power to support the Bitcoin blockchain network. We are looking for a site manager to support our growing operations in Caledonia, MS. This is a field position that will have an extremely flexible schedule. You will be reporting to a centralized office regularly.

Responsibilities:

On any given day, you could be asked to complete any of the following:

• Complete a Provided Regular Checklist and Report Any Variances
• Air Filter Changes
• Daily Machine Resets
• Identify Failing Components and Replacing
• Fan Belt Check and Replacement
• Cleanup and Inventory Management
• Repairing/Troubleshooting Malfunctioning Computers
• Respond to Requests within 8 Hours
• Dry Wall and Basic Framing
• Basic Metal Work
• Electrical Troubleshooting
• Rewiring and Checking Electrical Connections

Qualifications:

• Interested in Bitcoin and excited about being involved in the sector
• Strong communication skills and multi-task capability
• Basic experience with Windows workstation support and security
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming
• Good organization, time management and prioritization
• Interest in learning new tech and trying new methods and processes
• Basic networking knowledge
• Meet production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards
• Multi-task, prioritize, and work in a flexible, changing environment with multiple competing deadlines
• Accurately perform job duties with minimal supervision
• Effectively communicate (oral, written, and verbal), and maintain good relationships with co-workers
• Active learning – understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
• Documenting/Recording information – entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic form
• Ability to utilize basic hand tools, i.e., Dremel, chemicals, adhesives, heat guns, utility knives, razor blades, and digital voltage meters
