Work with a local, consistent and reliable pediatric therapy provider as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in greater Philadelphia, PA. Help our children and families achieve their goals while growing professionally and working together in a multidisciplinary setting. REQUIREMENTS:

• Driven individual
• Interested in developing ABA program
• Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
• Active Pennsylvania State License Required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as Director of ABA services
• Serve as BCBA and help develop program
• Provide quality supervision to behavioral therapists
• Provide high quality family training and guidance
• Provide accurate and thorough assessments
• Design ABA curriculum plans
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Analyze ABA data and implement changes to meet patients’ needs
