This team member will also build relationships with the clients and their local community to bring positive awareness to our business and the ASD community.
Assess levels of functioning through specific standardized assessments as well as Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analyses
- Develop meaningful and detailed assessments, treatment goals and programming to address the needs of each client
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Behavior Techs and RBTs while overseeing implementation of programs with clients
- Develop and monitor data collection for all programs being run
- Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals that are meaningful to the family
- Respond to parental concerns regarding programming and/or staffing issues by investigating, gathering information and reporting to the Clinical Director for resolution
- Assist in identification of best staffing for authorized services for client needs
- Communicate with the Clinical Director on a regular basis and through various scheduled meetings
- Provide a weekly update email to the team, including the Clinical Director
- Ensure that there are regular treatment integrity checks for all programming
- Adhere to the relevant CPT codes
- Provide training internally to staff on the policies and procedures of HHF
- Provide training both internally and externally on clinical topics

Qualifications:
Passion for making a difference in the lives of our clients.- Valid BCBA Certification Required.
- Valid State license is required
- 2+ years in the field of ABA (experience as an RBT or similar role will count for newly certified BCBAs).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for speaking with Clients’ families and Session Notes.
- Confident communication skills for interactions with family members and caregivers of the client.
- Must pass internal competency within 90 days of hire.
