We are seeking restaurant managers to fill our growing team! Managers will complete an 8 to 12 week paid training program. Our success is measured by our long history of outstanding quality food, fast service, clean restaurants, and of course, excellent people - that's YOU! People who care and are willing to serve others. We invite all those who share the same passions to join our company.

Successful completion of 8 to 12 week training program includes certification on all Bojangles Crew positions and ServSafe Certification. Instruction includes timed skills tests, written tests, classroom sessions, and management skills. Qualities we look for in a successful candidate include: leadership, time management skills, high standards of professionalism, positive attitude and a team player, self-motivated, and regular and dependable attendance. Must be at least 18 years old.

Restaurant and management experience preferred.
