Job description

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper with strong analytical, organizational, oral, and written communication skills with great attention to detail and follow-up. the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day transactions, process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices and payments. Experience in the Architecture and/or Construction industries is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Enter data, maintain records, and prepare routine financial statements and reports.

Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.

Review monthly journal entries and bank reconciliations.

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.

Requirements:

2-3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

Proficiency in English.

Proficient in Excel, Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.

Experience working in Quick Books, although we use a proprietary A/E software.

Proven bookkeeping experience and basic accounting knowledge.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
