Job description

The Bookkeeping & Procurement clerk’s duties are to support the department with various duties relating to both finance and procurement tasks.

  • Data entry of parts, products and vendors into our ERP system
  • Process Purchase order requests from various departments and e-commerce
  • Track PO’s for delivery and production status
  • Handle Expedited purchasing requests
  • Assist in creating and sending invoices to customers as needed
  • Process invoices from email to accounts payable software
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Bank deposits and management of petty cash
  • Communicate with vendors regarding orders, invoice, and statement issues

Additional considerations and software knowledge desired for this position:

  • QuickBooks Online and/or Inventory Management software experience
  • Task Management Software experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Finance or Procurement
  • Must have strong communication skills and a high degree of confidentiality
  • Must be highly detail-oriented
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to negotiate and network with new and current vendors
  • Communication within internal teams and external vendors
  • Construction or tech industry knowledge a plus
  • Project budget planning experience necessary
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills for internal and external clients

Pay and Benefits:

  • Full-Time, Non-Exempt (35-40 hours per week)
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
