Salary: $15.74 Per Hour

Position Summary: A successful Boutique Sales Associate for the Blue Boutique will be someone who is fashion conscious, knowledgeable on designer brands, is able to present a professional image, and can provide excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Boutique Sales Associate responsibilities Includes the following and other duties as assigned:

• Engages, inspires and guides customers during their visit to the Blue Boutique
• Assists the Sales Leads with merchandising the sales floor including stocking, cleaning, and folding
• Answers phone inquiries
• Services jewelry counter as needed

Customer Service

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a variety of customers.

Maintains a Safe Environment

• Maintains a safe working and shopping environment for customers and fellow employees.

Cash handling

• This position functions as the cashier and must follow the company cash handling policies.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Six months related experience and/or training
• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding
