The Brand Insights Manager will lead consumer research on brand strategy/positioning, as well as manage, Safelite's brand health tracking program, creative/copy research and all studies that support marketing advertising/campaign development and understanding its effectiveness.

What You'll Do
- Lead consumer research and insights projects end-to-end; identifying ideal methodologies and providing oversight to data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure quality deliverables.
- Define and manage project tasks and activities; including timelines, budget and potential risks or issues that arise, while providing relevant and timely communication to all partners, vendors and stakeholders.
- Act as a consumer/customer expert, an indispensable partner, and a strategic consultant to position the Consumer Insights team as a key business partner across the organization.
- Evaluate the team's current insights offerings and analytical capabilities and make recommendations to fill knowledge gaps.
- Introduce innovative and outside-the-box-research concepts and techniques.
- Proactively identify and prioritize key business questions and evaluate appropriate solutions and research plans.
- Develop and maintain collaborative, productive relationships with internal team members and stakeholders and with current and prospective research suppliers.
- Synthesize data from disparate source and break down complex data sets across multiple studies to develop cohesive stories anchored in actionable findings, leverage storytelling skill.
- Design and present deliverables that bring data to life with compelling human insight and context, while conveying compassion and understanding for all audiences.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in the Consumer Research, Marketing, or Social Sciences.
- 7-9 years of relevant research management, with an emphasize in brand health analysis, communications, and brand strategy experience.
- Experience both qualitative & quantitative research methods.
- Familiarity and understanding of analytic methods such as, but not limited to TURF, opportunity sizing, segmentation, predictive modeling, etc.
