Job description

We are in search of a dedicated and caring individual to maintain our daily breakfast for our guests.

Essential Job Functions

• Ability to work early mornings, to include weekends and holidays. Start time is typically 5am.
• Responsible for both setup and tear down of breakfast service.
• Making, replenishing and stocking our entire coffee station.
• Setting out our breakfast arrangement. Currently includes an assortment of bagels, cereals, hard-boiled eggs, yogurts, oatmeal, juices, milk and hot breakfast items of the day. Also to include all of the extras. For example, condiments, forks/knives/spoons, napkins, plates, bowls, and assembling to-go boxes.
• Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated.

• Empty/Remove Trash Bins and take to dumpster.
• Vacuum and mop areas after breakfast service.
• Will be working on feet most of the day.

• Must follow all hotel safety and guest-care policies.
• Great customer service skills a must. Display a positive, upbeat attitude. Provide information concerning hotel, facilities and functions, as well as, their location.

• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service.
• Report any issues regarding maintenance needed repairs or unsafe conditions.

• Reliable, Organized and a Quick Learner are crucial.

Typical start time is 4:30am so breakfast is ready by 6am guest service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 per hour
