Our Hilton hotel restaurant is looking for a Breakfast Cook to join our morning team. We offer a great collegial atmosphere, benefits and corporate perks. In this position, you will review the pre-set menu so that you understand the offerings, utilize a variety of cooking techniques, plate the food, and hand it off to a waiter. Our perfect candidate has excitement for the kitchen, a desire to learn and some culinary experience. While a culinary arts degree is not essential, formal training is a plus. Highly competitive pay.
Breakfast Cook Duties and Responsibilities
- Prep ingredients for the day
- Accept orders from the wait staff
- Prepare dishes in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Keep track of inventory
