A leading acute care hospital located in southeastern New York is now searching for an experienced Breast Imaging Center Manager to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This established acute care facility was founded over one hundred years ago and today houses nearly 400 licensed beds and offers a wide variety of medical and surgical services. This state-of-the-art medical center provides a number of patient care services including behavioral health, oncology services, cardiopulmonary and vascular services, emergency and critical care, radiology services, maternity and pediatric care, wound and home care, and much more.
Reporting to the Women’s Imaging Center Director, the Breast Imaging Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the mammography, breast ultrasound, stereotactic breast biopsy, breast ultrasound guided breast biopsy, and bone densitometry services. The Breast Imaging Center Manager ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies, provides clinical and leadership support to the technical team, oversees all scheduled exams, and assists the Lead Interpreting Radiology and Director with all other needs.
Job Requirements:
- ARRT registration in Radiology Technology or Mammography
- Current NY state license as a Radiologic Technologist
- Progressive experience in Mammography imaging
