MPF Federal is seeking a seeking a seeking a Business Program Analyst. This role has functional requirements to support several workforce-related projects and will be responsible for supporting the implementation and expansion of these projects within a federal agency. Will also be responsible for gathering and using data analytics to assess requirements and deliver data-driven insights to program managers, senior leaders, and other stakeholders. This position requires the ability to work in the Fort Belvoir, VA area with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Perform data mining, review, and analyses on queries and/or trends
- Collect and compile business information and translate it into detailed functional reports on a quarterly and annual basis
- Extract relevant data and provide insights for improvement
- Explore, analyze, and present summarizations of analyses
- Analyzing data to determine where the workforce needs have gaps and where improvements can be made
- Maintain alignment with the approved engagement strategy. Support and enable client objectives, elevating risks, and challenges
- Strategic partnering with internal and external high-level decision-makers within corporations
- Exercising extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle situations in the highest form of professionalism
- Collaborate with a variety of corporations and government entities to build a newly created project
- Working harmoniously with several types of personalities including C-Suite and high-ranking government personnel
- Continuous improvement with formulating strength and unity between high-level decision-makers and collaterals involved
- Development of strategies to execute each entity’s goals to meet KPIs or other measurable metrics
- Relationship coordination with organizations hierarchy
- Ability to problem solve and provide effective solutions
- Proven ability to be resourceful, creative, and persistent
- Networking with internal and external C-Suite and high-level government personnel
- Manage several projects to ensure planning, coordination and resources are available and utilized to meet the target goals
- Working hand-in-hand with high-ranking individuals to implement and conclude various projects with efficiency and effectiveness
- Constructing plans that are feasible and impressive to all decision-makers
- Development of relationships and maintenance with key industry-leading organizations
- Project management skills to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual events are efficiently coordinated on time and on-budget
- Assist and develop schedules, timelines, and deliverables for events
- Oversee coordination of all supported events, including event prep, logistics, and on-site support if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Data mining experience is required
- Preferably experience working in a federal agency (including as a contractor)
- Experience working with or for C-Suite level management is preferred
- Experience working with high-ranking officials is preferred
- Experience supporting workforce development is preferred
- Must be a subject matter expert in this field or able to verbalize this experience
