Essential Job Functions:

• Work with sales team and account managers to set up relevant, brand focused sampling events at various accounts in the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City market,
• Focus on executing targeted account opportunities to promote our brands and deliver a positive experience for our consumers,

• Plan and execute all promotions/samplings, which includes the following; appropriate staffing, setup, signage needs/placement, and tear down all promotion/sampling signage,
• Provide promotion/sampling recaps on a weekly basis,
• Manage a group of Brand Ambassadors which includes the following: hiring, interviewing and scheduling,
• Monitor budget and complete expense tracking form each month,
• Maintain excellent customer service and relationships with all accounts,
• Effective communication, administrative and presentation skills,
• Ability to work and drive positive results in a team environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Computer knowledge that includes Microsoft Windows, Office Suite and web based Applications,
• Driver’s license and meets insurability requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
