Job description
The Maintenance Technicians main responsibility is to help maintain all buildings and ensure all are in good working order. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial Property maintenance and repair: Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
- General upkeep procedures carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, replace sinks, toilets, fixtures, painting,
- Collect & Remove garbage and recyclable materials from properties.
- Cleans external areas such as entranceways, sidewalks and parking lots using manual and power brooms, rakes, shovels, and other equipment to remove dirt, leaves, snow, and other refuse.
- Gardening and landscape
- Performs other related duties as required.
revious experience in the above duties is required
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record and be able to pass a drug screen.
