Description:

This position works closely with the President / CEO and company Directors to perform business analytics including in-depth insights and strategies pertaining to revenues and operations. This position encompasses all areas of the business (operations, marketing, retail, etc.).

Annual salary - $60,000.00

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Analyze operating performances while developing and communicating recommendations for improvement
  • Strategy – unique and innate ability to interpret data, assess opportunities or issues and recommend solutions to optimize returns
  • Run daily operating reports for review, including operational trends
  • Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques
  • Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management
  • Analyze data to determine trends for budget implementation and reforecast process
  • Analyze data for trends related to business environment and revenue collection
  • Develop financial modes, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
  • Contribute to the installation and implementation of new tracking systems
  • Must be able to work flexible hours in association with various departmental activities as assigned
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
Requirements:


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel Software including the creation of pivot tables and linkable data documents
  • High proficiency with SQL language and data collection
  • 2-5 years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Degree in financial or related field preferred
  • Skill in both verbal and written communication
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ability to multi-task


Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands

  • Assigned duties are primarily accomplished in an office setting. Must be able to maneuver around in an office setting, and work at a desk/work station.
  • Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment
  • May be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
