Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers to generate job opportunities for jobseeker base.
- Market WorkInTexas to employers and support them in uploading job opportunities
- Obtain employment orders or contracts for services.
- Organize hiring help and events for business partners and partner with recruiters to staffing needs and tools to recruit and pre-screen the right candidates for the business.
- Build and maintain a steady book of business of employers to service with workforce solutions services.
- Make ongoing follow-up calls to employers to determine current need and satisfaction with services delivered.
- Meet qualitative and quantitative performance expectations and prepare regular reports of results.
- Develop, and maintain relationships with employers via cold-calling to bring to market job opportunities with sustainable living wages.
- Market recruitment services to employers to provide quality candidates to fill current vacancies within the assigned region.
- Actively engage in regional and industry business events including the local Chambers of Commerce, Economic
- Development Groups, and Professional and Industry Organizations. Work on special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- BA or BS degree
- 2-3 years cold-calling experience with proven success
- Experience in managing quantifiable goals/metrics
- 2-3 years’ experience in , sales, job development or account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
