Job Objective
The Business Development Administrative Specialist is an energetic self-starter who specializes in administrative activities, assists with marketing duties, and provides research support to the Lukos Business Development (BD) Team.
The BD Administrative Specialist provides administrative support through database management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), SharePoint administrative, and other duties as required. Research support to the BD Team may include duties such as identifying and qualifying business development opportunities, vetting teaming partners, and performing competitive analysis research.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and synchronize the BD Department activities through Google Calendars, Microsoft Teams, and other meeting/scheduling tools.
- Assist the BD Department with recommending, planning, and executing the organization of file systems within the Google ecosystem.
- Day-to-day support of SharePoint Online functionalities to include establishing new sites, managing permissions for internal and external users, and general site maintenance.
- Assists in the management and design of SharePoint site collections, content databases, implement web part pages and site features, security policies, user account management, provisioning new sites, and problem resolution.
- Work effectively with SharePoint end-user’s issues/problem tickets and provide resolutions.
- Assists in developing, tracking, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), archives, and databases for managing communications and office content.
- Supports BD recruiting efforts by writing position descriptions for emerging opportunities.
- Supports BD proposal development efforts by formatting, editing, and reviewing proposal elements as needed.
- Other duties as assigned to meet BD and organizational goals and objectives.
Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with BD team members and company executive management.
- Ability to support and manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Experience developing and managing SharePoint Online.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of software applications such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experience with Google Workspace applications such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet and Google Calendar.
- Effective and efficient data entry skills
- Self-starter - attention to detail is a must.
- Critical Thinking skills and ability to problem solve independently
