Responsibilities

• 
  Sound knowledge of online freelancing portals like Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, etc.
• Lead LinkedIn & Email marketing processes and generate leads through it.
• Understanding the company's services and offerings to integrate various marketing strategies.
• Involving in international email marketing campaigns assigned and generating leads.
• Actively engaging in lead response management and communication to qualify them and make them sales-ready.
• Actively collaborating with the sales team to hand over leads that are sales-ready and ensure a smooth inter-departmental transition.
• Maintaining lead reports to ensure complete visibility of activities, execution, and results.
• Drive campaigns from planning to execution to meet key performance metrics.
• Constantly optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
• Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives.
• Document campaign evolution to monitor the overall performance and identify best practices.
• Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively
• Develop and execute online lead-generation marketing plans.

Requirements

• A prior experience of 1-4 Years.
• Highly passionate about Sales and Technology.
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, policies, and procedures within the social media Listening and customer experience domain.
• Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally.
• Understanding of the sales cycle and ability to close the deals closely working with the sales team.
• Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team.
• Strong Internet research skills required.
• Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities.
