Due to promotions, ADS Environmental Services is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Midwest Region. The BDM will identify and develop new ADS customers as well as maintain existing accounts. The BDM will oversee sales activities within the Midwest Region (IN, IL, IA, MN, WI, MI, OH, KY) for ADS customers, specifically in the areas of flow, level, and rainfall monitoring services and related products. B.S. or equivalent technical degree required. Exposure to and understanding of collection systems or open channel hydraulics preferred. Demonstrated ability to promote concepts and ideas to create customer demand. Ability to build relationships and work well across functions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Minimum 3+ years of related direct sales experience preferred with exposure to accounts within the territory. Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time. Work from home but preferred home base is within the sales territory.
