Position Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cold call and recruit new clients to the Salsa Community
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos with clients and Salsa’s Sales Team
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals and metrics as outlined by sales management
  • Update client data and communications in Salesforce CRM
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Team for product demos
  • Continuously educate yourself on the latest digital fundraising and advocacy best practices in the nonprofit space
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Driven sales performers who have a demonstrated capacity to meet/exceed goals
  • At least 6 months experience making outbound calls, fundraising, door-to-door sales, or any relevant sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • College degree or equivalent working experience
  • Experience fundraising for a non-profit (this is a bonus)
