Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
Participate in developing business intelligence and data analytics priorities and build/deployment timelines.- Engage with teams across the organization, understanding opportunities and requirements for process digitization, communication automation, and data analysis.
- Participate in process mapping and the development and maintenance of detailed written documentation of all business intelligence designs and automations.
- Design, build, test, and manage data collection, business intelligence, and communication automation solutions.
- Build and manage compelling reports and dashboards in Tableau, Smartsheet, ERP and CRM platforms for internal and external deployment.
- Assist in providing end-user trainings on use of business intelligence tools.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ experience in data visualization, data mining, and data analysis- Experience building in Tableau and Smartsheet
- Outstanding computer skills with high level expertise in CRM and Microsoft applications.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work well with people
- Prompt and regular attendance required
Travel and Compliance
Must have a valid driver's license if applicable- Driving record must comply with CCG's automobile insurance carrier requirements
- Must have liability insurance coverage and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally or out of town as required
- Mileage reimbursement is offered when applicable
- Must successfully meet all compliance background check requirements for federal funding throughout employment. These include credit, FBI fingerprinting, child abuse and neglect, federal, state, local, and sex offender background checks. Background check requirements may be expanded at the discretion of ChildCareGroup and Partner Programs.
