Toyota of Poway is growing and seeking to hire a Business Office - DMV/Wholesale Clerk to join our team! .
DMV/USED VEHICLE/WHOLESALE Clerk is responsible for processing all New and Used Car DMV thru EVR and processing Wholesales Title work and working Wholesales thru accounting. Must have Auto Dealership DMV clerk experience! Responsibilities include: Process all New and Used DMV, Post all wholesales into accounting, Process all wholesale title work, Check in trade titles, Create trade jackets and paying off, Receipt monies -Maintain the schedules and follow up on any aged items, Other duties as assigned
Previous automotive dealership DMV processing experience thru EVR
Familiarity with DMV Desk and CDK DMS systems.
