Business Support Manager/Workforce and Financial Planning Specialist role will be responsible for managing various business activities. You should possess excellent organization, leadership and communication skills.

This position requires strong relationship management skills to interact with senior leadership and staff throughout the organization to deliver against organizational priorities.

The focus of this role is resource and capital financial management including headcount, resource and vendor management (invoice processing) tracking.

This role supports the overall budget process for the Citi Retail Services, Commercial Cards team.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Support Manager your role and responsibilities will be:

• Resource management (hiring requests and approvals, forecasting, on-boarding, contract/contractor management)
• Participate in workforce and financial reviews
• The ability to influence peers/partners
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
• Works well under deadlines
• Oversees key deliverables and ensure they are on time /accurate
• Strong Analytical skills
• Proven business and operations knowledge/experience

Qualifications:

As a Business Support Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with peers and partners on a daily basis
• Prior experience handling multiple facets of running the business of technology: financial management, project management and reporting
• Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, and balance risk and reward
• Executive presentation experience and strong verbal /written communication
• Ability to adjust rapidly to changing demands and priorities
• Advanced Microsoft excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to make timely and accurate decisions

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
