Network Runners is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) to provide the Government with acquisition support and to successfully execute the acquisition of a new Learning Management System and support the Government Acquisition Program Office in the development of Acquisition documentation, risk management, and other PM office support.

Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) to provide the Government with acquisition support and to successfully execute the acquisition of a new Learning Management System and support the Government Acquisition Program Office in the development of Acquisition documentation, risk management, and other PM office support.
Education, Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited US University or equivalent military or commercial experience in the areas of engineering or software
- Seven years of specific experience with Systems Analysis
- Demonstrated ability to formulate and define systems scopes and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and government requirements
- Demonstrated ability to develop, refine, and/or modify moderately complex information systems requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system requirements as necessary
- Demonstrated ability to work in systems analysis phases and consider business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
- Demonstrated ability to perform as a top-level technical contributor with expertise in software and software as a service (SaaS) business process
- Demonstrated ability to build systems scope and objective relative to the organization’s business plan and government requirements
- Ability to act independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical consulting on complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to devise, refine, and/or modify requirements related to solving problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitation, operating time, and form of desired results
- Demonstrated ability to create detailed specifications from which programs will be written
