Come join Viejas a Four Diamond Casino & Resort! Our Four Diamond Casino & Resort is filled with a variety of culinary venues. We have a variety of venues for our guests to savor and enjoy a culinary experience with every bite! Viejas provides world-class service and we are looking for friendly, customer service oriented individuals who are passionate about people and promoting an environment that will make us #1. Viejas is a 24/7 operation, so scheduling flexibility is a must. The ideal candidate must be 21 years of age or older, have 2 + years of related experience in a restaurant is preferred. 2-3 years fine dining experience a must.
PAY RATE: $15.00 hr
- Clears tables of dirty dishes, cups, utensils, place mats, paper cups and glass wares. Separates all dishware, flatware and glassware. Cleans tables with designated cleaner and resets tables.
- Clears carts of dishes, debris, etc., and wipes clean. Collects full bus trays and delivers to the dishwasher area and may be required to wash dishware, flatware, and glassware

The ideal candidate must be available to work a variety of part time shifts. Ability to work in a professional high-pressure environment while demonstrating and maintaining good personal relation/people skills and a positive attitude. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills; bilingual or multilingual preferred.
