Delphine Eatery & Bar: Offering Contemporary American cuisine that is California inspired with a focus on fresh organic ingredients. A warm and inviting space reminiscent of Provençal cafés, Delphine’s vibrant colors and classic archways convey a convivial atmosphere, where guests of the hotel mingle with locals and tourists alike. The expansive, indoor-outdoor space is located at street level facing bustling Hollywood Boulevard, located inside the W Hollywood Hotel and is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as weekend brunch.

Delphine Eatery & Bar is both casual and sophisticated.

Station Hollywood & The Living Room: Perfect for a pre-theater cocktail or a late night libation nightly at Station and Living Room, located within the W Hollywood Hotel.
Guests and locals can enjoy weekly events, including live music, shows, and signature events.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, as well as providing guests stellar service.
• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.
• Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.
