BEST Crowd Management, a GardaWorld Company, is searching for professional, service-focused individuals for Guest Staff positions for the New Orleans Saints!

• Responsibilities:
• Greet guests as they enter and leave the event
• Support guests with wayfinding through the facility
• Ensure a family-friendly environment in all areas of the Stadium
• Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, team officials, players, and other individuals associated with the event
• Report issues to your supervisor as you observe them

Basic Qualifications:

• Consent to background check and drug screen
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong, clear communication skills
• Team player, quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• You have the ability to stand for extended periods, sometimes throughout an entire event (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and you are comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
