Currently seeking customer-focused, detail-oriented, goal-driven Service Consultant (Call Center Agent) to join our Call Center Team as a temp to perm employee. This role offers a kick-start into the world of banking, where you get to learn about various areas of the bank and how to utilize resources to respond to customers’ inquiries. You’ll gain a foundational knowledge base to build a successful career in the banking industry.

As a Service Consultant (Call Center Agent), you are the first line of communication for our internal and external customers. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced in environment alongside a team who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn incentives based on your performance.

Compensation:

$20/hr., with great opportunities for career growth.

Work Schedule: 7:00am -7:00pm, 7 days a week (shifts vary).

TRAINING STARTS 11/7. First 3 months of training will be Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, after which schedules may shift as they go from training mode to call center agent mode. Overall training may take around 6 months.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High level of professionalism and customer-orientation, with strong verbal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where creating a positive customer experience is the #1 priority while also appropriately handling confidential customer information.
• 1-2 years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment
• Experience in Call Center environment desirable.
• Experience and comfort with computers and internet highly desirable.

Other Requirements: Background check, credit check & Drug screening will be conducted if offered the position.
