Duties:
Provides high-quality/professional assistance to members on a range of topics (e.g., account deposits/withdrawals/fees; navigating our website, online banking & bill pay; discussing product and service offerings; opening new accounts).
- May open new savings/checking accounts.
- Responds to member e-mails.
- Strives to resolve member problems.
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to adjust to change.

Requirements:
Equivalent to a High School diploma. Knowledge of Credit Union products/services preferred. Knowledge of Word and Excel. Ability to Communicate effectively with members and staff at all levels within the organization; Ability to perform work with accuracy and attention to detail; Willingness to sell Credit Union Services; Ability to proficiently operate a PC, computer keyboard terminal and adding machine. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to navigate web site, online banking site and bill pay site.
Schedule:
40 Hours/Week with rotating Saturday
